Other complaints are: very uncomfortable, not enought volumne and the other party cannot hear you unless you speak very loud.Panasonic did replace my broken one after 3 weeks with a refurbished unit, all the same complaints. I purchased this headset with the phone system as an accessory, The very first time I used it I felt the ear holder (wrap around) was far too loose and big , I attempted to adjust it and it snapped in two. The platonnixx unit I bought also for $1.99 works much better.Pass on this product
The around the ear loop stuck out on the outer part of my ear. I've talked to someone else with this unit and I hear them crystal clear. For me, the key was to rock the over the ear loop towards my head to get the best fit. I have this model as well as one that goes over the head and they both are exceptional for sound and voice quality. I am a real stickler for quality and I think you'll find this product first rate. When you first put the unit on it's not a natural fit, or at least it wasn't for me.
I hope that method works for you too. For the price, Panasonic has the best quality cordless phone headsets money can buy. Everyone I've talked to using this unit say they hear me loud and clear. The fit is a bit awkward at first but if you work with it, it will adjust nicely to your ear.
Very easy to quickly insert on/in the ear. I tested a few of these headsets out and found this Panasonic model the most comfortable and provides the strongest signal. Easy to find great values on Amazon for it, as well (they sell for about $28 in Best Buy).
Comfortable enough, and I can hear the other person fine, but they have difficulty hearing me. Poor microphone.
I won't even get into what happens if you accidentally drop your phone while wearing this headset I doubt amazon will aprove the words. That would be great if I talked through my eyes but I don't. You have to adjust it over and over. It doesn't feel good at all. Let me say the sound quality is great I can hear everything on the other end.
After an hour you might as well be getting your brain drilled into. When you finally get it comfortable it the mic is up by your eyes. Sadly they can't hear me very well. I bought this based on the good reviews.funny all the reviews dissapeard along with my first review. Even though it comes with different sized ear parts none of them feel well after about 30 minutes of talking on the phone.
After 30 minutes the pain starts.
